Lynn Kreaden is a holistic body-integrative practitioner with over 25 years' experience in intimacy and sexuality, working with singles and couples, as well as women survivors of sexual abuse. She has a private practice in NYC where she leads workshops and training seminars on intimacy, sexuality and connection. She also teaches her unique combination of subtle energy healing, deep relating, and embodied authentic pleasure internationally. Lynn’s platform is about returning to our innate body wisdom and opening the conversations needed today about connection, sex, consent and intimacy, including the interface of technology and how that is increasingly changing the landscape of how we relate. Her passion is helping people remember and live the deliciousness of their being at every level, in all aspects of their lives.
What I Do
Lifeworks NY is a set of training workshops and seminars, and has been working with groups both in the US and internationally for over ten years.
The Erotic Goddess series is designed to help women find space - space to breath, to move, to find what actually lifts them to a place of grounded truth and full permission. These workshops and groups have helped innumerable women discover the deliciousness of being feminine.
Subtle Energy Healing is a practice which activates and opens specific energy centers. The energy field can be thought of as a matrix for the physical body. Through hands-on healing and investigation, a client begins a process of exploration and grounded movement.
How I Do It
Brennan Healing Science comprises a range of healing techniques including hands-on healing, chakra and aura balancing, and alignment of the luminous body. Clients report that Brennan work facilitates physical healing of many conditions, can quicken recovery from surgery and trauma, and can assist with emotional and spiritual healing.
Core Energetics explores ways in which energy and consciousness work together to facilitate a deeper experience of one’s authentic self. It works through the physical to bring awareness to those places in the body where feelings are held; this brings more energy flow, to uncover and release emotional blocks.
*Disclaimer: These are not medical claims. I strongly encourage clients to consult with their licensed medical professionals, to seek and/or continue appropriate licensed medical care wherever necessary, to use complementary practices that support their healing.
NeurOptimal neurofeedback: The brain is a non-linear dynamical system capable of self-correcting. NeurOptimal is an EEG system that gently supplies the brain and nervous system with pleasant sounds, and moments of silence. From there, fear patterns can begin to slowly dissolve, as the brain re-adapts a new state of “normal” — helping clients to finally release.
